Being a leader means taking action. Are you ready to join your fellow Student Government Association leaders who are working for change? In Student Government, you’ll help develop campus programming, boost your leadership skills, and carry on San Jacinto’s historic traditions.

Each campus Student Government organization meets multiple times a month to discuss relevant topics, plan upcoming events, and have some fun together. Meetings are open to all students, so feel free to drop by anytime!

An active member of the Phi Theta Kappa honors group, Ashley demonstrated the academic and leadership skills our Student Government participants share. After graduation, she transferred to University of Houston-Clear Lake to obtain a psychology degree.
